About RUNE ABA

We believe every person is unique, every family has its own story, and meaningful progress begins by understanding both.

Why We Do What We Do

RUNE ABA was founded with a simple belief: behavioral services should fit the individual, not the other way around.

Every child, teenager, and young adult brings unique strengths, interests, challenges, and goals. We believe therapy should recognize those differences and build upon them.

Our mission is to provide individualized Applied Behavior Analysis in the environments where life actually happens—at home, in the community, and alongside the people who matter most.

We aren't simply teaching skills.

We're helping individuals build greater independence, confidence, communication, and participation in everyday life.

Mission

To deliver individualized, in-home Applied Behavior Analysis that supports autistic children, teens, and young adults in building meaningful skills by honoring their uniqueness and reinforcing growth within their natural environments.

Vision

We envision a future where children and families experience truly individualized ABA services, and where professionals build meaningful careers rooted in balance, growth, and joy.

We strive to create a place where uniqueness is celebrated, communities become stronger, and people are empowered to live life on their own terms.

Our Philosophy

Individualized Care

No two people learn the same way.

Every treatment plan is designed around the individual, not a template.

Natural Environments

Learning should happen where life happens.

By providing services in homes and communities, we help skills transfer into everyday routines and meaningful experiences.

Family Partnership

Families know their loved ones better than anyone.

We believe collaboration creates stronger outcomes and lasting progress.

Ethical Practice

Every clinical decision is guided by evidence, data, professional ethics, and respect for the people we serve.

We are committed to providing services responsibly, transparently, and with dignity. This aligns with the ethical responsibilities of behavior analysts to provide effective treatment, involve clients and stakeholders, protect confidentiality, and communicate truthfully.

How We Think About ABA

Applied Behavior Analysis is more than teaching individual skills.

It's about helping people succeed in the environments that matter most.

That means understanding:

• what motivates each individual

• the environments where they spend their time

• the people who support them

• the goals that will have the greatest impact on daily life

Our clinicians continually monitor progress, collaborate with caregivers, and adjust treatment using objective data so each plan continues to meet the individual's changing needs.

A Team Built Around You

Exceptional care doesn't happen because of one person. It happens because of a team working together.

Our clinicians, supervisors, and support staff share one purpose: helping individuals and families receive thoughtful, compassionate, and high-quality behavioral services.

Every member of our organization is committed to continuous learning, ethical practice, and collaboration.

As RUNE ABA grows, we're intentionally building clear systems and leadership so families can expect consistent, reliable care at every stage of their journey.

Building Something That Lasts

Our goal is not simply to grow.

Our goal is to grow responsibly.

As we expand, we remain committed to maintaining individualized care, supporting families, investing in our team, and strengthening the communities we serve.

Growth only matters when it helps us create better experiences and better outcomes for the people who place their trust in us.

We're Here When You're Ready
